The tower comprises 42 storeys housing a collection of 1-3 bedroom apartments and 2-4 bedroom duplexes, in addition to several penthouses. The total area of the residences ranges from 676 sq. ft to 4,769 sq. ft. Notable features of the layouts include having one or more balconies, a powder room and a laundry room, while the duplexes additionally come with walk-in closets and terraces. Yet another important detail is that there will be a maid’s room in every residence except in 1-bedroom apartments.
