Zayed City

Zayed City is a visionary master-planned urban district in Abu Dhabi, formerly known as the Capital District, strategically located between Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport. Designed as a central hub under Abu Dhabi’s Plan 2030, it will integrate residential, commercial, government, and civic spaces within a sustainable framework. Featuring mixed-use neighbourhoods, transit-oriented development with future metro and rail links, parks, schools, healthcare, and vibrant retail areas, Zayed City aims to serve up to 370,000 residents. The plan emphasises walkability, public transport accessibility, and high-quality public realms, positioning it as a key urban centre with long-term growth potential.
