Sharjah Waterfront City, also known as Ajmal Makan City, is a major mixed‑use master‑planned coastal development in Al Hamriyah, Sharjah spanning approximately 60 million sq ft with eight interconnected man‑made islands. Designed as a self‑sufficient urban waterfront community, it will include 1,500 luxury villas and townhouses, 95 residential and mixed‑use towers, 14 hotels, a large shopping mall, a marina with up to 800 berths, waterfront promenades, green spaces and leisure attractions. The project emphasizes sustainable infrastructure, eco‑friendly features, and direct connectivity to major highways linking Sharjah with neighbouring emirates. Once complete, it aims to house over 60,000 residents and offer a blend of residential, commercial, retail, and entertainment amenities for families, professionals and investors.
