Al Barshaa South Third

Al Barsha South third is a sub-community in Al Barsha South. It is surrounded by other popular residential districts such as Al Barsha South 2, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Motor City. The community is home to villas, apartments, a few residential plots, buildings, retail shops and office units. The neighbourhood is well linked to Dubai’s best sites such as Dubai Butterfly Garden and Dubai Miracle Garden. Al Barsha South 3 is primarily a residential community but is also home to many retail shops, leisure attractions, schools, medical facilities and restaurants. The neighbourhood provides easy access to major highways and roads connecting travellers to major areas of Dubai. Commercial properties in the area include some retail shops and offices. Al Sufouh Beach and Pine Beach are within a 17-minute drive, making them the closest beaches. Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden are some of the holiday spots and notable landmarks in the area. There are several bus stops near Tower 2 Arjan, Gippas Tower 1, Damac Westside Building 1, Building 2 Bus Stop and Miracle Garden Bus Stop. To board the Dubai Metro, the nearest metro station to the area is Equity Metro Station. It is only a 14-minute drive away.
