Sharjah Waterfront City, also known as Ajmal Makan City, is a landmark mixed‑use master‑planned waterfront development in Al Hamriyah, Sharjah, UAE, spanning over 60 million sq ft across eight interconnected man‑made islands with approximately 36 km of new coastline. Valued at around AED 25 billion, the project integrates residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and hospitality spaces, including luxury villas and townhouses, mixed‑use towers, hotels, serviced apartments, a marina with up to 800 berths, a major shopping mall, and a large water theme park.
