Dubai Maritime City is a mixed-use waterfront community on a man made peninsula located between Port Rasheed and Dubai Dry Docks, 3k from Sheik Zayed Road and 10k from Dubai international airport. Originally launched in 2004 before halting and re launching in 2009 the development will include Apartments, Residential Plots, Offices, Commercial Plots, Hotels, Hotel Serviced Apartments, the and a 1,000-berth marina.
